in the meantime, we're talking traffic and big bart delays with gianna. >> there are major bart delays continuing throughout the morning. in fact, i just got off the phone with bart. it happened because of a disabled maintenance vehicle that got stuck on the tracks between 19th street and macarthur so this originated in downtown oakland. they removed the vehicle from the tracks. they are single tracking trains through the area. at one point the delays were only affecting the richmond to sf trains and bay point to sf but now i'm learning that the delays are going to be systemwide until they can get everything back on time so we're hearing up to an hour possibly so give yourself some extra time. you might want to drive in if you have to be into san francisco within the next half hour at least for right now major bart delays continue. the rest of mass transit is on time of the muni, ace, caltrain, ferries, everything is work and no reports any of troubles on the freeways. that's a look at traffic. back to you guys. >> thank you. >>> 5:37 now. some developing news in san jose where police

better news for bart, as well. all trains are now back on time. we were dealing with delays this morning up to an hour at one point due to a broken-down maintenance vehicle on the trafficks. everything is now on time. ace, muni, caltrain, ferries, no delays. south 880 at lewelling blocking lanes, traffic loading up as a result. 880 northbound not too bad. looking okay working your way through downtown oakland towards the maze. no major delays until you hit the maze and the bay bridge. 880/237, we are starting to see some brake lights, as well. traffic loading up as you work your way through milpitas. westbound 237. an earlier problem westbound 580 at 680 was blocking lanes now cleared. but the damage is done. 33 minutes now westbound 580 from the altamont pass to the 680. antioch slow as well, westbound highway 4. and a quick live look at the san mateo bridge. one of our bright spots right now. a little busy on the westbound side but overall traffic moving okay in both directions. that's a look at your morning drive. elizabeth? >> it has been very
